Colleagues commit to providing lunch for each other once a week. Thus giving colleagues not only the gift of good food but also saving them time and effort.

Similar to an annual health check the annual wellness check would cover not only your physical health but also your mental health, wellbeing and happiness.

Nice build on the idea Mike.

Good point Amanda. But I think the element of surprise is what can really differentiate this idea. Maybe the tag line is something like 'exercise for the curious minded' or open minded. Hopefully spending an hour or two doing something different every few weeks wouldn't put people off?

Hi Sarah, I love the 'secret' aspect of this idea. Could it also be a way of introducing people to lesser known sports, eg archery, poi spinning, rock climbing, etc. It could be a way of showcasing local sports clubs (activities ready made and easier to tap into?), and could boost flagging club numbers, perhaps? What sort of spin could SecretGym! put on the event? A social meal together afterwards giving people a chance to exchange their views on the sport they've just experienced? eg after a martial arts session you all go and eat Chinese food.
