Holly Kaufman has over 30 years of sustainability, climate change, and clean technology expertise, with a focus on whole-system thinking. She received a Superior Team Honor Award for her work on President Clinton's UN climate treaty negotiating team. As founder of Environment & Enterprise Strategies, her diverse clients have included the White House Council on Environmental Quality, the Union of Concerned Scientists, Hewlett Packard, the World Economic Forum, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the InterAction Council - a group of former heads of state who press for action on planetary health and other global issues. She served as Executive Director of an international ecological research network under the auspices of the US National Academy of Sciences, was head of environmental planning for a major waste management company, and helped develop the first organic food standards and the first municipal composting systems in the US.
